Lutein: is found in many green leafy vegetables like spinach and kale. It is also found in Brussel sprouts, broccoli, and carrots. If you prefer fruit, grab some grapes.
Vitamin C: When we think vitamin C, we often think oranges. But there are so many other foods that contain vitamin C like red peppers, broccoli, kiwifruit, and strawberries.
Vitamin E: You can find vitamin E in foods like vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, and green leafy vegetables like spinach.
Vitamin A: Cod liver oil ranks at the top of the vitamin A list. But also eggs and dairy products. Vegetables and fruits like tomatoes, carrots, and papayas provide vitamin A too.
Zinc: Meat and shellfish are good sources of zinc. You can also find zinc in legumes, seeds, nuts, dairy, etc.
Omega 3: If you think of Omega 3 and you think of fish, you’re right. Fish like salmon, mackerel, and tuna are good sources of Omega 3. You can also find Omega 3 in nuts and seeds.
Zeaxanthin: Like lutein, you can find zeaxanthin in green leafy vegetables, Brussel sprouts, and carrots.
